I loved this, thank you. As for animated gifs - my friends and I, in our thirties, have long text chains of gifs. My friends are pros and reply in gifs in real time. It takes them less time to find the perfect gif response than it does for me to just type some words. The time it takes me to search for a gif and choose it, the conversation has moved on. I'll never understand how they do it.
The book, "Why We Can't Sleep", by Ada Calhoun, could prove an interesting read while on this latest journey. Reading it was a relief to me, to find someone talking about the changes that were/are plaguing me.
